Stampin Up Convention 2010 - Late Night Stamper Pre-convention events Start July 19th 2010 in SLC

7 full days of stamping fun with your friends! We are so busy stamping and having fun we really don't get the time to give ourself facials or paint our toenails but we do stamp the night away!!!

You can always catch up on your sleep after you get home from convention!
We have been doing pre convention events for the past 7 years. Our group plan events that start July 19th at 8 am all the way through the last day of convention. I know we are crazy but we love it!!!! Why sleep when you can stamp!

Monday July 19th there is a stamp camp at 8 am that last until 2
there is a shoe box swap at 2 pm that lasts until 4
then we take a break for dinner and come back at
7pm for the wow demos!

Then on Tuesday July 20th it starts all over again!

Tuesday July 20th there is a stamp camp at 8 am that last until 2
there is a shoe box swap at 2 pm that lasts until 4
then we take a break for dinner and come back at
7pm for the LNS Reunion party!

I have purchased over $4,000 in prizes and supplies and YES we give it all away!

Late Night Stampers can get discounted sleeping rooms if they hurry and book now. YOU have until June 1st to change your reservations if for some reason you don't get to go to convention. Just make sure to use the name Late Night Stamper to get the good price. It's only $115 per night which saves you $30 a night!
I know rooms are available at the Radisson, there many be 2 or 3 left in the Plaza the Shilo is totally booked up.
All 3 hotels are right next to the convention center near Temple Square.

Please tell your friends about our events if you can find the energy to stamp stamp stamp for 2 extra days!!!!

Stampin Up Rubber Stamps, Ink and Cardstock Make Paper Crafting easier

CUST_PROD_ink.jpg
Ink pads and pens are essential products to have in your crafting stash if you enjoy rubber stamping or wish to add
color to your stamped images.
Ink pads and pens are available in every color under the sun and in a variety of finishes, making them a versatile choice; just add a little creativity and imagination to bring them to life on your scrapbook pages, handmade cards and papercraft projects.
Stampin Up carries 48 matching colors

they match with our cardstock as well as with our brads and buttons.100_4714.JPG
Dry embossing is the term used to describe the raised effect in paper or light cardstock which is achieved using a brass or plastic stencil and an embossing stylus. CJSketchchallenge007.JPG.jpeg
These butterflies were embossed using the Big Shot and a sizzix embosslits die by Mary Brown.
It's fun and EASY

Heat embossing is an entirely different technique and uses special powders applied to wet ink which are then gently heated using a heat tool until they melt. Once the molten powder cools it forms a raised surface.

Stamp Assembly
Trim rubber close to image. Make straight cuts.
Match rubber to correct blocks. Trim and apply labels.
Apply rubber, matching position of rubber with label.
Apply label with stamp set name to the end of the box.

Many of our stamp sets are now die cut to make it even easier and faster to start stamping. For die cut stamp sets, you'll still get to place the images however you like on the block, you just won't need to cut the rubber for these sets. Look for the die cut logo, which indicates whether the set is die cut.
